About the Event
Join us in curiosity and loving presence as you learn to write your personalized guided imagery for your dying time. A personal guided imagery for dying can decrease fears and increase peace and acceptance. We will meet in the Lighthouse at Emberlight.
Bring a journal or notebook and a courageous heart. You are invited to consider thinking about the elements of your ideal death ahead of the class time.
Facilitators: Trish Rux and Gary Ross-Reynolds, both nurses and end-of-life doulas.
This offering is free but donations to Emberlight are welcome (and can be given on the RSVP page).
