Stocks & Securities
Giving appreciated stock, rather than selling it and giving cash, often means more reaches Emberlight and less goes to capital gains tax. It is a gift that rewards both the giving and the growth that came before it.

Wish List Purchases
Not every gift needs to take the shape of a letter in the mail with a gift tucked inside. Our Sanctuary and Light House rely on real, tangible items for us to continue offering events, education, and end-of-life services: bedding, kitchen supplies, garden tools, and art materials for our workshops, among many others. Sending us a gift from our wish list becomes something a resident rests upon, or something a volunteer holds while tending the garden.
