We invite you into Grounded Presence: Coherence, Capacity, and Conscious Service, an immersive workshop guided by Adora Winquist. Created especially for death doulas, healers, and conscious practitioners, this two hour gathering is not about doing more. It is an invitation to become more anchored, more present, and more available to life.

Together we will explore vibrational medicine, aromatics, and multisensory engagement, discovering how coherence builds capacity, regulates the nervous system, and opens the way to deeper embodied consciousness. You will leave with a felt experience of coherence, simple practices for grounding before you enter healing or end of life spaces, and a renewed steadiness in your presence as a healer and as a human.

Where to Meet: Please join us at the Lighthouse. Parking is limited on site, so we invite you to carpool when you can. When you arrive, please avoid parallel parking in spaces large enough for multiple diagonal spots, and take care that your car isn't blocking or extending into the driveway.
