A Six Week Series: This series takes place on six Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7:30 pm on Sept 9, Sept 16, Sept 23, Sept 30, Oct 7, and Oct 14.

Spirited Improv Playshop Series: Join our six week Spirited Improv Group Series to play together in a heart centered way that naturally brings connection, healing, transformation, joy, and love into your life and our world. Each group has a mix of newcomers and experienced players. All are welcome in this radically accepting environment.

How Spirited Improv and Emberlight Align: Spirited Improv is a powerful and creative way to practice embodying Emberlight's vision, mission, and values together. It is a playground for Emberlight's vision of awakening to the power of love and service. It can be extraordinary to witness what happens within each group that comes together to support one another in the spirit of Love. The series is infused with deeply healing and playfully creative ways to live into Emberlight's values of Loving Presence, Curiosity, Respect for All Beings, and Mutual Accountability. And since Spirited Improv is all about letting go of control, surrendering in the moment, and trusting in the unknown, there are so many opportunities to embrace death as a teacher in this most enlivening experience.

All Are Welcome: This series is equally for total beginners as well as experienced improvisers who have already played in the land of Spirited Improv. Show up exactly as you are, and discover what becomes possible in a radically accepting group that is centered in Love.

What to Expect: A Spirited Improv Emberlight Series is an enlivening emergence of collective creativity, authentic expression, and community belonging. It is an improvisational playspace for the human spirit with experiments in music making, dancing, singing, acting, costumed silliness, storytelling, and ritual that deeply nourish the heart and soul. It offers a warm, playful, and safe container where laughter, tears, and connection flow freely.

You are invited to release judgment and practice radical acceptance of yourself and each human in the room, creating an encouraging space for each unique expression and the Oneness that holds us all. Whether you choose to simply offer your loving presence or step in to play, you are woven into the collective experience. What unfolds is spontaneous and sacred, hilarious and healing, shaped by the energy of Love in the room guiding it all.

Your Facilitator: Spirited Improv is facilitated by Jessica Chilton, who brings over 20 years of improvisational performing arts experience and 16 years as an expressive arts therapist and heart centered coach, weaving creativity, love, and presence into a safe, transformative group experience.

It supports people in experiencing one another from the heart, seeing with love, acceptance, compassion, and forgiveness. It empowers each person to lead themselves and take personal responsibility.
